  • 400Grams (g) Mushroom
  • 400Grams (g) Ground meat
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Crushed red pepper
  • 500Milliliters (mL)Cooking Cream
  • 1BunchParsley

Steps

    Slice the two onions into thin rings.

    Cut the mushrooms into slices.

    Form the meat into balls

    In a skillet, add oil, then add the meatballs and fry until cooked, then remove and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add the onion and sauté until wilted

    Add the mushrooms and sauté with the onions for 10 minutes

    Season the mixture with salt, white pepper, and red pepper to taste.

    Add 500ml of cooking cream and let it simmer until the sauce thickens
