- 0.5Psc.Lemon juice
- 0.5CupOlive oil
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

We wash the olives well.

We slit the olives with a knife.

We place the olives in a large bowl filled with water, and we change the water morning and evening every day for six days to remove bitterness.

We drain the olives using the strainer.

We add a generous amount of coarse salt to the olives.

We mix the olives with the salt from time to time for two days to remove the remaining bitterness.

We wash the olives thoroughly with water to remove excess salt.

We drain the olives again.

We add the lemon slices to the olives.

We add the lemon juice.

We add the olive oil.

We mix all the ingredients well until combined.

We place the olives into sterilized glass jars.

We close the lid halfway on the first day to prevent bubbling.
