  • 1CupHoney
  • 0.25CupFeta cheese
  • 0.25CupMinced parsley
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1Psc.Lemon zest

Steps

    Season the carrots with honey, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, paprika, salt and black pepper and place them on a baking sheet.

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and place the carrot tray on the bottom rack.

    Leave it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Meanwhile, chop the parsley and add the juice of half a lemon, 1/4 cup of olive oil, and the garlic

    Add the lemon zest, salt and black pepper, then mix the ingredients together and set aside.

    Once the carrots are out of the oven, top them with the parsley sauce and sprinkle with a little feta cheese

    Note: Carrots should be cut in half lengthwise
