Ingredients

  • 1Kilograms (kg)Chicken wings
  • 1CupMilk
  • 0.5Psc.lemon
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)White pepper
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
  • 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Coriander
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Pepper paste
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

    Finely chop the chicken wings and clean them carefully.

    Make a few light slits in the wings with a knife to soak up the marinade.

    Place the flanks in a large bowl and add the cup of milk.

    We squeeze lemons over the sides.

    Add salt, white or black pepper, paprika, garlic, dry coriander, and capsicum molasses
