  • 1.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream
  • 1Psc.Banana
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Pistachio
  • 1To TasteSyrup

Steps

    Pour the milk into a pot.

    Crush the mastic with the sugar using a mortar and pestle.

    Mix the corn flour with the crushed mastic.

    Add the corn flour mixture to the milk.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens.

    Add the cream and orange blossom water, and stir.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    Unmold the thickened cream onto a serving plate.

    Cover the top of the cream with piped cream.

    Decorate with banana slices, pistachios, and candied cherries.

    Drizzle sugar syrup on top before serving.
