Mix all the dry ingredients together: cocoa, cornstarch, vanilla, salt, sugar, chocolate, and instant coffee.

نخلط جميع المكونات الجافة معًا: الكاكاو، النشا، الفانيلا، الملح، السكر، الشوكولاتة، والنسكافيه.

نضع الخليط في البرطمان

To make the hot chocolate:  
For each cup of milk, add 1 tablespoon of the mixture.

لعمل الهوت شوكليت :
لكل كوب حليب، نضيف 1 ملعقة كبيرة من الخليط.

Mix the mixture with cold milk and then heat it on the stove.

نخلط الخليط مع الحليب البارد ثم نسخنه على النار.

يمكننا إضافة السكر حسب الرغبة.

نقشر البطيخ ونقطّعه إلى مكعبات.

Arrange the cheese and watermelon cubes alternately like a chessboard.

نرتب قطع الجبنة والبطيخ في طبق بشكل متناوب مثل رقعة الشطرنج.

نزيّن الطبق بأوراق الجرجير.

Optionally, mix the cheese and watermelon in a deep bowl.

نخلط الجبنة والبطيخ في صحن عميق حسب الرغبة.

We crush wafer biscuits, mix with crushed hazelnuts and slightly melted Nutella, then chill until firm.

نكسر بسكويت الويفر ونخلطه مع البندق المجروش والنوتيلا المذابة قليلاً، ثم نبرّده في الثلاجة حتى يتماسك.

We take portions of the mixture, place a whole hazelnut inside, and roll into balls.

نأخذ قطعاً من الخليط، نضع في كل قطعة بندقة كاملة، ونكوّرها جيداً بين اليدين.

We melt milk chocolate, mix it with crushed hazelnuts, then coat the balls and place them on parchment paper to set.

نسيّح الشوكولاتة بالحليب ونخلطها مع البندق المجروش، ثم نغمس الكرات ونرصّها على ورق زبدة حتى تتماسك.

Prepare the brine solution by adding dried rosemary, orange slices, lemon slices, bay leaves, whole black pepper, whole coriander seeds, carrot slices, half a cup of brown sugar, half a cup of white sugar, and 1 tablespoon of salt into a bowl

نقوم بتحضير محلول النقع بإضافة روز ماري المجفف، شرائح البرتقال، شرائح الليمون، ورق الغار، الفلفل الأسود الحب، الكزبرة الحب، شرائح الجزر، نصف كوب من السكر البني، نصف كوب من السكر الأبيض، وملعقة كبيرة من الملح في وعاء.

Place the turkey in a large bowl and pour the cold brine solution over it.

نقوم بوضع الديك الرومي في وعاء كبير، ثم نسكب محلول النقع البارد عليه.

Add more orange and lemon slices on top of the turkey.

نقوم بإضافة المزيد من شرائح البرتقال والليمون على الديك الرومي.

Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for 24 hours.

نقوم بتغطية الوعاء جيدًا ونضعه في الثلاجة لمدة 24 ساعة.

After 24 hours, remove the turkey, strain it, and dry it thoroughly.

بعد مرور 24 ساعة، نقوم بإخراج الديك الرومي، ثم نصفيه ونجففه جيدًا.

Prepare the dressing mixture by mixing one tablespoon of smoked paprika, one tablespoon of salt, one quarter cup of mustard, lemon juice, crushed garlic to taste, black pepper, three tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, three tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and olive oil in a bowl.

نقوم بتحضير خليط التتبيلة بخلط ملعقة كبيرة من البابريكا المدخنة، ملعقة كبيرة من الملح، ربع كوب من الخردل، عصير الليمون، الثوم المهروس حسب الرغبة، الفلفل الأسود، ثلاث ملاعق كبيرة من ورشستر صوص، وثلاث ملاعق كبيرة من ترياكي صوص وزيت الزيتون  في وعاء.

Rub the turkey with the marinade both inside and out

نقوم بدهن الديك الرومي بخليط التتبيلة من الداخل والخارج.

Place pieces of butter inside the turkey.

نقوم بوضع قطع من الزبدة داخل الديك الرومي.

Stuff the turkey with stuffed grape leaves.

نقوم بإضافة ورق العنب المحشي داخل الديك الرومي.

نقوم بوضع شرائح الليمون على سطح الديك الرومي

Wrap the turkey in parchment paper and foil.

نقوم بلف الديك الرومي بورق الزبدة والقصدير.

Place the turkey in a preheated oven at high heat, then reduce the temperature to 160°C and cook for 4-5 hours, depending on the size of the turkey.

نقوم بوضع الديك الرومي في فرن على درجة حرارة عالية، ثم نقلل الحرارة إلى 160 درجة مئوية ونتركه لمدة 4-5 ساعات حسب حجم الديك الرومي.

Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and cocoa powder to the apples and mix well.

نضيف السكر البودرة، القرفة، والكاكاو إلى التفاح المبشور ونقلّب جيداً.

In a large bowl, add eggs, sugar, vanilla, and vinegar.

في وعاء كبير، نضع البيض والسكر والفانيليا والخل.

Whisk well until the mixture becomes pale.

نخلط المكونات جيداً حتى يصبح لونها فاتحاً.

نضيف الزيت والحليب ونقلّب المزيج.

ننخل الطحين فوق الخليط.

Add a pinch of salt and baking powder, and stir gently until combined.

نضيف رشة ملح والبيكنج باودر ونقلب بلطف حتى التجانس.

Fold the apple mixture into the batter using a spatula.

نضيف مزيج التفاح إلى الخليط ونقلب بالسباتولا.

نجهّز قالب الكيك بدهنه بالزيت ورشه بالطحين.

Pour the batter into the pan and tap it gently to release air bubbles.

نصب الخليط في القالب، ونضربه عدة مرات للتخلص من الهواء.

نرش الوجه باللوز المبشور.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 40 minutes.

نخبز الكيك في فرن محمى على حرارة 180 م° لمدة 40 دقيقة.

Once the cake has cooled, drizzle with sweetened condensed milk (optional).

بعد أن تبرد الكيكة، نزينها بالحليب المكثف حسب الرغبة.
