Add milk, cream, sugar and cocoa powder to the pan over medium heat.

نضيف الحليب و الكريمة و السكر و بودرة الكاكاو الي المقلاة علي نار متوسطة.

Whisk all ingredients together until fully dissolved.

نخلط المكونات جيداً باستخدام مضرب يدوي حتى تذوب.

Add the chopped chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
