Steps

    Put the chickpeas in a bowl and cover with water.

    Rub the chickpeas between your hands to remove the outer skin.

    Place the chickpeas in a food processor.

    Add lemon juice, ice cubes, salt, olive oil, and tahini.

    Blend until smooth.
