  • 1CupEvaporated milk
  • 2CanSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Saffron infusion
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder
  • 1To TasteCrushed pistachios
  • 1CupAlmonds

Steps

    Place the sugar on the stove and caramelize it until golden brown.

    Add the butter to the caramelized sugar and stir until fully melted.

    Add the evaporated milk and stir well.

    Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk while continuously stirring until fully combined.

    Add the saffron infusion and mix thoroughly.

    Add the ground cardamom and continue stirring until all ingredients are well blended.
