Place the plain Galaxy chocolate in the pan.

نضع شوكولاتة جالاكسي السادة في المقلاة.

Arrange the marshmallows on top of the chocolate.

نقوم برص المارشميلو فوق الشوكولاتة.

Cover the pan with the second layer and leave for five minutes until the chocolate and marshmallows partially melt.

نغطي المقلاة بالطبقة الثانية ونتركها لمدة خمس دقائق حتى تذوب الشوكولاتة والمرشميلو جزئياً.

Flip the pan onto the marshmallow side after the chocolate melts to ensure the marshmallows fully melt.

نقلب المقلاة على جهة المارشميلو بعد ذوبان الشوكولاتة لضمان ذوبان المارشميلو بالكامل.

Serve the dessert with digestive biscuits and a small amount of Arabic coffee.

We cut the washed oranges and lemons into pieces, then put them in the blender.

نقوم بتقطيع البرتقال و الليمون المغسول الي قطع ثم نضعهم في الخلاط.

Put a cup and a quarter of sugar and a liter of water in the blender.

نضع كوب و ربع من السكر و لتر ماء الي الخلاط.

Mix them well, then filter the mixture using a strainer, pressing to extract all the juice.

نخلطهم جيدا ثم نقوم بتصفية الخليط باستخدام مصفاة، مع الضغط لاستخراج كل العصير.

Add 1 cup of water to the pulp in the strainer to extract more juice.

نضيف 1 كوب ماء إلى اللب في المصفاة لاستخراج المزيد من العصير.

Pour the juice into a suitable pitcher, add ice and garnish with mint when serving.

Put olive oil in a saucepan on the fire and then add the orzo

نضع زيت الزيتون في  طنجرة على النار ثم نضيف لسان العصفور

Roast the orzo until it reaches the color shown in the video

نقوم بتحميص لسان العصفور حتى نصل إلى اللون الموضح بالفيديو

In another saucepan, add olive oil, then add mastic and cardamom and stir well

في طنجرة أخرى نضع زيت الزيتون ثم نضيف المستكة و الهيل الحب ونقلب جيدا

Chop the onions, potatoes and carrots, then add them to the saucepan and stir well until the ingredients are homogenized

نقوم بتقطيع البصل والبطاطس والجزر ثم نضيفهم في الطنجرة ونقلب جيدا حتى تتجانس المكونات

Add the orzo and stir well with the ingredients

نقوم بإضافة لسان العصفور ثم نقلبه جيدا مع المكونات

We add the chicken broth and then add the spices and bay leaf

نقوم بإضافة مرق الدجاج ومن ثم نضيف البهارات و ورق الغار

Simmer the mixture over low heat until cooked

نترك الخليط على نار هادئه حتى تنضج

Ladle the soup into serving bowls and garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon

Place the pigeons in a pressure cooker and cook them under pressure for 10 minutes without adding anything, allowing the pigeon broth to release.

ضعي الحمام في طنجرة ضغط واضغطيه لمدة 10 دقائق بدون أي إضافة حتى تخرج مرقة الحمام .

Remove the pigeons from the pot, then add whole spices, black lime, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and chili to the broth.

أزيلي الحمام من الطنجرة، وأضيفي البهارات الصحيحة، الليمون الأسود، البصل، الثوم، الفلفل الرومي، والفلفل الحار إلى المرقة.

Once the onions are browned, return the pigeons to the pot and add all the spices and a Maggi broth cube. Stir over the heat for 5 minutes, then add water and cook under pressure for an additional 5 minutes.

بعد أن يتحمر البصل، أعيدي الحمام إلى الطنجرة وأضيفي جميع البهارات ومرقة الماجي، وقلبيها على النار لمدة 5 دقائق ثم أضيفي الماء واضغطي لمدة 5 دقائق أخرى.

Take the pigeon out and place it in a tray, brush it with oil, turmeric, and garlic powder, sprinkle salt on it, then put it in the oven to brown.

أخرجي الحمام وضعيه في صينية، وادهنيه بزيت، كركم، وبودرة ثوم، ورشي عليه الملح، ثم أدخليه الفرن ليتحمر.

Place the rice (soaked in warm water beforehand) in the water and press for 10 minutes, then open the pot and add onion, raisins, and pepper on top, and press for an additional 5 minutes.

ضعي الأرز (يكون منقوع في ماء دافئ من قبل)في الماء واضغطيه لمدة 10 دقائق، ثم افتحي القدر وأضيفي على الوجه بصل، زبيب، وفلفل، واضغطيه لمدة 5 دقائق إضافية.

Remove the top layer and serve the rice in a plate, place the fried pigeon on top and garnish with raisins, onions, cashews, and pine nuts.

أزيلي الطبقة العلوية وقدمي الأرز في طبق، وضعي فوقه الحمام المحمر وزينيه بالزبيب، البصل، الكاجو، والصنوبر

Stir well until the ingredients are combined

Place the dish in the microwave for 30 seconds and serve
