  • 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Cardamom powder
  • 2CupMilk powder
  • 3Cupwater
  • 0.5CupSaffron Syrup

Steps

    We prepare the caramel by heating 1 cup of sugar in a pan until it melts and turns golden
