Steps

    We mix the fish batter ingredients (both flours, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and sparkling water) until smooth and well combined.

    We dip the fish fillets into the batter, making sure they are fully coated

    We then coat the fish with an extra layer of gluten-free flour.

    We fry the fish in hot oil until golden and crispy.

    Meanwhile, we peel and cut the potatoes into fries, then fry them until golden.

    Prepare the tartar sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the pickles, parsley, onion, lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of salt and pepper.

    We serve the hot fried fish with the fries and tartar sauce.
