- 3CupMilk powder
- 2.5CupFlour
- 0.25Grams (g) Butter
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1PacketYeast
- 1PinchSalt
- 0.75CupWarm water
- 1Psc.Yolk
- 1CupMilk
- 1CupChocolate

In a bowl, combine all the dough ingredients. Gradually add water and knead until the dough is soft and non-sticky.

Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each into a circular shape.

Place the first layer on a baking tray and spread chocolate. Repeat for the second and third layers. Leave the fourth layer plain.

Using a knife, cut the layered dough into 4 sections, then cut each section in half.

Mix the brushing ingredients and apply to the dough. Let it rest while preheating the oven.

Bake at 200°C. Start baking from the bottom until golden, then bake the top. Enjoy warm!
