Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Puff pastry dough
  • 1CupOlive oil
  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 2ClovesMinced garlic
  • 250Grams (g) Ground meat
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Mixed spices
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tahini
  • 2CupPomegranate molasses

Steps

    Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

    Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until soft.

    Add the ground beef and continue to stir until fully cooked.

    Add salt, mixed spices, and black pepper to taste.

    Add the tahini and pomegranate molasses, and mix well.

    Roll out the puff pastry dough and cut it into small squares.

    We make small holes in the dough using a fork, then shape it with a cup as shown in the video.

    Place the filling in the center of each dough square.

    We add the preferred nuts.

    Place the pastries on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C

    We bake the pastries for 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.

    We garnish them with pomegranate molasses and parsley.
