Prepare the marinade by mixing the green thyme, salt, meat seasoning, garlic powder, mustard powder, paprika, saffron, yogurt, sweet chili sauce, and olive oil.

Clean the lamb leg and remove the bone from one side.

Rub the lamb leg with the marinade both inside and outside.

Stuff the lamb leg with grape leaves.

Place the potatoes, tomatoes, and onions in a bowl.

Add part of the marinade and salt to the potatoes, tomatoes, and onions, and mix well.

Place the mixture in the bottom of the pressure cooker.

Add the green thyme, bell peppers, and garlic heads on top of the mixture

Place the stuffed lamb leg on top of the mixture.

Add the chili peppers and garlic cloves.
