Ingredients

  • 200CupFeta cheese

  • 10CupWhipping cream
  • 2CupOlive oil
  • 2Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika

  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 100CupCherry tomato
  • 1BunchBasil
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Balsamic Glaze

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, salt, and thyme (optional), and toast until golden and crispy.

    Cut the garlic head in half, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake for 20 minutes.

    In a food processor, blend the feta, cream cheese, cream, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

    Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

    Spread some garlic confit on each crostini slice.

    Quarter the cherry tomatoes and mix them with olive oil, balsamic glaze, salt, and pepper.

    Place the whipped feta mixture in a bowl and top with cherry tomatoes and basil.
