In a bowl, place the ground meat, then add salt, black pepper, and red pepper, and mix them well.

We shape the meat in the ribbed way, then fry it in a skillet with oil on the fire and turn it in the way shown in the video without using a spatula and leave it until it is cooked

In the meantime, soak the tomatoes in boiling water, remove their skins, cut them and chop them with a hand blender.

After the meat is cooked, we take it out and put it on a plate and leave it on the side

In a saucepan on the fire, put the oil, then put onions, guangzhou onions, green peppers and minced garlic and stir until they are wilted.

Add tomato juice and a spoonful of tomato paste dissolved in a little water, then put salt and black pepper and leave it until it thickens, then put pomegranate molasses optional
