Chocolate Coffee Cookies
Ingredients
- 0.5Grams (g) Unsalted butter
- 0.75CupBrown sugar
- 0.5CupSugar
- 1Psc.eggs
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 1.25Tablespoons (tbsp)All-purpose flour
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 1PinchSalt
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Instant coffee
- 1CupChocolate Chips

We place ½ cup of unsalted butter in a pan and melt it over low heat until fully melted.

We add ¾ cup of brown sugar to the melted butter and stir until it dissolves and blends.

We add ½ cup of white sugar to the pan and mix well to combine.

We crack one egg into the mixture and stir until the texture becomes smooth.

We pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl.

We add 1¼ cups of all-purpose flour to the bowl.

We add ¼ teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch of salt.

We mix all the ingredients until a soft dough forms.

We add chocolate chips to the dough and fold them in.

We add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee to the dough and mix until fully incorporated.

We cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest for 10 minutes at room temperature.

We line a baking tray with parchment paper.

We shape small balls of dough and place them spaced apart on the tray.

We bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 175°C (347°F) for 12–14 minutes, until the edges turn golden.
