Chicken Wings

- 2CupFlour
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Paprika
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ground Coriander
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Garlic powder
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Onion powder
- 1PinchSalt
- 1To TasteBlack pepper
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Spicy Ketchup
- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
- 1Psc.lemon
- 1CupHoney
- 1PinchRed chili flakes

Dry the chicken wings thoroughly using paper towels.

In a bowl, mix the flour with paprika, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and baking powder.

Coat the chicken wings in the flour and spice mixture until fully covered.

Place the wings in the air fryer and lightly spray them with oil.

Cook at 190°C (375°F) for 10–12 minutes.

While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce: add the spicy ketchup, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, and crushed chili flakes to a pan over heat and stir until the mixture thickens

After the first cooking time, flip the wings, spray them again with oil, and cook for another 10 minutes

Remove the wings from the air fryer and toss them in the prepared sauce until well coated.

Serve hot with ranch dressing or a side of your choice
