Ingredients

  • 1Psc.Romaine lettuce
  • 1CupGrated Parmesan cheese
  • 1Psc.Samoon
  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 1ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Basil
  • 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Mayonnaise
  • 3CupOlive oil
  • 3Psc.Lemon juice
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Dijon mustard
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Soy sauce
  • 0.25CupParmesan
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Place the romaine lettuce in a large serving bowl.

    Cut the Samoan bread into small cubes

    Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon juice, mustard, soy, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese and salt until smooth.

    Add the sauce to the lettuce and toss to coat it well.
