We mix the yeast, sugar, powdered milk, 1 cup of flour, and warm water in a bowl, then cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes until the yeast activates and bubbles appear

Once the yeast is active, we add 2 more cups of flour and a pinch of salt, then knead until combined.

We add the vegetable oil (¾ small coffee cup) and knead for 5 minutes until smooth. We cover the dough and leave it to rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour).

After proofing, we roll the dough out into a rectangle on a floured surface.

We spread the filling evenly (sauce, vegetables, and cheese), then roll the dough tightly into a log.

We cut the log into medium-sized pieces and arrange them on a greased or parchment-lined baking tray.

We cover the tray and let it rest for another 30 minutes.

We preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F), then bake the rolls until golden on the bottom.

We turn on the top heat (broiler) to brown the tops. (Optional: sprinkle more mozzarella on top, return to the oven for a few minutes until melted).
