  • 400Grams (g) Butter
  • 400CupFlour
  • 160CupPowdered sugar
  • 160Tablespoons (tbsp)Corn Starch
  • 4Psc.Yolk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 1CupMelted white Chocolate
  • 1To TasteCrushed pistachios
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Apricot jam

Steps

    Place the soft butter in a mixing bowl.

    Add the powdered sugar to the butter and beat well until smooth and creamy.

    Add the egg yolks and vanilla, and continue mixing until fully combined.

    Gradually add the flour and cornstarch, mixing until a soft, cohesive dough forms.

    Use a spoon or piping bag to shape the petit fours onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 12–15 minutes, until the edges turn golden.

    Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.

    Spread a small amount of apricot jam between two cookies to make sandwich pieces.

    Dip half of each piece in melted white chocolate.

    Garnish with crushed pistachios or grated chocolate and let the chocolate set.
