We mix all types of cheese with parsley and black pepper in a bowl, and set the mixture aside.

We take one sheet of phyllo dough and lay it flat on a clean surface.

We place a suitable amount of the filling on one edge of the sheet and roll it into a log (you can also shape it into sticks, spirals, or triangles as desired).
