- 250Grams (g) Sausage

Peel two large potatoes and cut them into medium, even cubes.

Add one tablespoon of potato seasoning mix and one tablespoon of oil, then mix well.

Fry the potatoes in oil or cook them in the air fryer until golden and crispy.

Cut one large eggplant into medium cubes.

Add the same seasoning and oil, then mix well.

Fry or air-fry the eggplant until browned.

In a pan over medium heat, sauté the sliced sausage until cooked and golden.

In a food processor, add the raw green bell pepper, two roasted bell peppers, dill, coriander, and lemon juice.
