  • 2Grams (g) Crushed Digestive biscuit
  • 100Grams (g) Butter
  • 1CanSweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1CupEvaporated milk
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)cardamon
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Cream

Steps

    Mix the crushed Digestive biscuits with melted butter and spread evenly in a serving dish.

    Spread a layer of cream over the biscuit base.

    In a bowl, mix the basbousa ingredients (yogurt, semolina, coconut, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, baking powder).

    Pour the basbousa mixture over the cream layer.

    Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes.

    For the syrup, mix condensed milk, evaporated milk, and a pinch of cardamom.
