- 300Grams (g) Dark chocolate

- 80CupBrown sugar
- 120CupFlour
- 50Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa

Brownies: Melt the chocolate and butter over a water bath.

Whisk the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the whisked eggs and sugar, then fold gently.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, and mix without whisking.

Pour the brownie batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

Cookies: Melt 80 grams of butter until it turns golden brown (avoid burning).

Mix the brown butter with 40 grams of white sugar and 80 grams of brown sugar.

Add the egg and mix well.

Add 85 grams of flour and half a cup of chocolate and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.

Shape the cookie dough into small balls and place them on top of the brownie mixture.

Decorate with extra chocolate (dark chocolate was used here).

Preheat the oven to 165°C (top and bottom heat with turbo).
