Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper.

نفرد ورق الزبدة على صينية فرن مسطحة.

Place a spoonful of honey on the paper in a small circle.

نضع ملعقة كبيرة من العسل على الورق في شكل دائرة صغيرة.

Arrange sliced fruits like peach, apple, or blueberry over the honey.

نوزع شرائح الفواكه فوق العسل (مثل الخوخ أو التفاح أو التوت الأزرق).

Cover the fruit with a square of puff pastry and gently press the edges.

نغطي الفواكه بقطعة من البف بيستري ونضغط الحواف قليلاً.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes or until golden.

نخبز في فرن محمى مسبقاً على حرارة 200° لمدة 20 دقيقة أو حتى تتحمر.

Remove from the oven and flip immediately while hot to reveal the fruit on top.

نكسر البيكان إلى قطع صغيرة.

Mix cream cheese with egg until creamy and smooth.

نخلط الجبن الكريمي مع البيض حتى يصبح القوام كريمي ناعم.

Add sugar, pecans, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture.

نضيف السكر، البيكان، القرفة، والملح إلى الخليط.

Stuff pitted dates with the cheesecake mixture.

نحشي التمر منزوع النوى بالخليط الكريمي.

Place stuffed dates in air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes.

نقوم بوضع 50 غرامًا من الزبدة وملعقة كبيرة من زيت الزيتون في مقلاة على نار متوسطة

Add 1 medium chopped onion and sauté until it softens.

نضيف بصلة متوسطة مفرومة إلى المقلاة ونقلبها حتى تذبل.

Add 1 can of chopped mushrooms, a pinch of salt, and black pepper, and stir well.

نضيف علبة من المشروم المقطع مع رشة ملح وفلفل أسود، ونقلب جيدًا

Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon of mild soy sauce, then stir until the mushrooms are cooked and tender.

نضيف ملعقتين كبيرتين من صوص الورشستر وملعقة كبيرة من صوص الصويا المعتدل، ونستمر بالتقليب حتى يذبل المشروم.

Remove the mushroom mixture from the heat and let it cool.

نزيل خليط المشروم عن النار ونتركه جانبًا ليبرد.

In a bowl, mix your desired amount of cheese with corn to prepare the second filling.

في وعاء، نقوم بخلط الجبن مع الذرة (الكمية حسب الرغبة) لعمل الحشوة الثانية.

Cut the toast slices into circles using a circular cutter and then make a hole with a cup

نقطع شرائح التوست على شكل دوائر باستخدام قطاعة دائرية ثم نقوم بعمل حفرة بإستخدام كوب

Spread the cheese and corn filling on some of the toast slices, and spread the mushroom filling with the cheese on the other slices.

نوزع حشوة الجبنة مع الذرة على بعض شرائح التوست، ونوزع حشوة المشروم مع وضع الجبنة على الشرائح الأخرى.

Brush the edges of the toast with beaten egg

ندهن حواف التوست بالبيض المخفوق  .

Place the stuffed toast in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until golden and crispy.

ندخل الفطائر إلى فرن محمّى مسبقًا على حرارة 180 درجة مئوية ونتركها حتى تتحمّص وتتحمّر.

Add the green onion, white onion, garlic, ginger, hot pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice to a food processor

Add the brown sugar, salt, pepper, thyme, cubeb, cinnamon, and nutmeg and blend well.

نصب الخليط في قدر على نار هادئة، ونضيف ملعقة كبيرة من مرقة الدجاج ونقلب حتى يثقل القوام.

Let the mixture cool, then store it in a glass jar and cover with a layer of oil to preserve it longer.

نترك الخليط ليبرد ثم نحفظه في برطمان زجاجي مع إضافة طبقة زيت على الوجه لحفظه لفترة أطول.

Cut chicken breasts into small cubes and marinate with yogurt, water, vinegar, and spices (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder). Leave for 2 hours or overnight.

نقطع صدور الدجاج إلى مكعبات صغيرة ونتبلها بالزبادي والماء والخل والتوابل (ملح، فلفل، بابريكا، بودرة ثوم، بودرة بصل، بودرة زنجبيل)، ونتركها ساعتين أو ليلة كاملة.

Coat chicken pieces in a mix of flour, cornstarch, and spices, dip quickly in cold water, then coat again in flour.

نغلف الدجاج بخليط من الطحين والنشا والتوابل، ثم نغمسه سريعًا في الماء البارد، ونعيده إلى الطحين مرة أخرى لتغليفه جيدًا.

Deep-fry chicken in hot oil until golden and crispy, then drain and serve with your favorite sauce.

نقلي الدجاج في زيت غزير ساخن حتى يصبح ذهبيًا ومقرمشًا، ثم نصفيه ونقدمه مع صوص مفضل.
