Beat 1 egg in a skillet and add ¾ cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¼ cup oil, and ½ cup sugar, mixing until fully combined.

نقوم بكسر بيضة واحدة في المقلاة ونضيف إليها ¾ كوب حليب مع ١ ملعقة صغيرة فانيليا و¼ كوب زيت و½ كوب سكر، ونخفق المزيج جيدًا حتى يتجانس

Add 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and ½ teaspoon instant coffee to the mixture, mixing until smooth.

نضيف إلى الخليط ١ كوب دقيق و٢ ملعقة كبيرة كاكاو بودرة و١ ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج باودر و½ ملعقة صغيرة قهوة سريعة الذوبان، ونخلط حتى نحصل على خليط ناعم.

Cook the cake over low heat for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

For the chocolate sauce, mix 1½ cups milk, ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk, ½ cup evaporated milk, and 1½ tablespoons cocoa powder until smooth.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pans with parchment paper.

نقوم بتسخين الفرن على درجة حرارة 180°م ونجهز صواني الخبز بوضع ورق الزبدة بهم.

Place 3 eggs in a bowl and lightly whisk them.

نقوم بوضع 3 بيضات في وعاء ونخفقها قليلاً.

Add 1 box of lemon cake mix to the eggs and continue mixing.

نضيف علبة خليط كيك بالليمون إلى البيض ونستمر في الخفق.

نضيف ربع كوب زيت نباتي ونخلط جيداً.

Add the juice and zest of 1 lemon and mix thoroughly.

نضيف عصير ليمونة واحدة وبشر ليمونة واحدة إلى الخليط ونمزجهم جيداً.

Coat 1 box of blueberries with a little flour so that they are evenly covered.

نقوم بتغليف البلوبيري بالطحين، بحيث نضع 1 علبة بلوبيري مع قليل من الطحين ونحرّكها لتتغطى جيداً.

Add the flour-coated blueberries to the batter and gently fold them in manually to prevent them from sinking.

نضيف البلوبيري المغطى بالطحين إلى الخليط ونخلطه يدوياً بلطف لتجنب ترسبه في القاع.

Divide the batter evenly between two baking pans and bake for 25–30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

نقسم الخليط في صينيتين خبز متساويتين ونضعهما في الفرن لمدة 25-30 دقيقة حتى ينضج الكيك

While the cake is baking, prepare the cream by placing 180 g cream cheese in a bowl and mixing with an electric mixer.

أثناء خبز الكيك، نقوم بتحضير الكريمة بوضع 180 غ جبنة كريمية في وعاء ونخلطها بالخلاط الكهربائي.

Gradually add 200 ml whipping cream while continuing to mix until smooth.

نضيف 200 مل كريمة الخفق تدريجياً ونستمر في الخلط حتى تتجانس الكريمة.

Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and a pinch of vanilla, mixing well until fully combined.

Once the cake has cooled slightly, spread a layer of cream on top.

To prepare the lemon glaze, combine 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 3 tablespoons lemon zest, and 6 tablespoons melted butter in a bowl.

Place the bowl over a bain-marie on low heat and stir continuously until the mixture thickens, then pour the lemon glaze over the cake and allow it to cool slightly before serving.

نضع الوعاء على حمام مائي على نار هادئة ونخلط باستمرار حتى يصبح المزيج كثيفاً، ثم نصب الليمون جليز فوق الكيك ونتركه يبرد قليلاً قبل التقديم.

In a stand mixer, combine 4 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

في العجانة، نخلط 4 أكواب من الدقيق، 1 ملعقة صغيرة سكر، و 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح.

Add 1 1/2 cups of warm water (or 1 cup depending on the flour).

نضيف 1 1/2 كوب من الماء الدافئ (أو 1 كوب حسب نوع الدقيق).

Knead until the dough is soft and not sticky.

نعجن حتى تصبح العجينة طرية وغير لاصقة.

Allow the dough to rest in a bowl of margarine and then cover it with cloth.

نترك العجينة لترتاح في وعاء به سمن ثم نغطيه بالقماش.

نقسم العجينة إلى أربع أجزاء متساوية.

Roll out each dough piece thinly and brush generously with ghee or oil.

نفرد كل جزء من العجينة بشكل رقيق وندهنه بالسمن أو الزيت بشكل جيد.

Spread the dough very thinly until almost transparent.

نفرد العجينة حتى تصبح شبه شفافة.

In the center of each dough, place a mixture of oriental sausage, mozzarella, cream cheese, and rumi cheese.

نضع في منتصف كل قطعة عجين خليط من السجق الشرقي، الموزاريلا، الجبن الكريمي، والجبن الرومي.

Fold the dough over the filling and seal tightly.

نطوي العجينة فوق الحشوة ونغلقها جيدًا.

Roll out another piece of dough, then put the stuffed piece inside it and close it well as shown in the video, then repeat the process with the rest of the dough.

نفرد قطعة أخري من العجين ثم نضع داخلها القطعة المحشوة ونغلقها جيدا كما موضح بالفيديو ثم نكرر العملية في باقي العجين

Place the sealed feteer on a baking sheet.

نضع الفطائر المغلقة على صينية الخبز.

In a bowl, beat an egg with a pinch of salt and black pepper

في وعاء نخفق بيضة مع رشة من الملح والفلفل الأسود

Brush one of the pancakes with beaten egg and sprinkle with nigella or sesame seeds.

ندهن أحد  الفطائر  بالبيض المخفوق ونرش عليها حبة البركة أو السمسم.

Bake in an oven at 180-200°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

نخبز في الفرن على درجة حرارة 180-200 مئوية لمدة 10-15 دقيقة حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون.

نضع ربع كأس من السميد وكأس من الحليب البارد في وعاء.

We put the bowl on the stove and stir constantly until it boils and thickens.

نضع الوعاء على النار ونحرك باستمرار حتى يغلي ويتماسك.

If we want to serve it warm, we serve it with honey.

إذا أردنا تقديمها دافئة، نقدمها مع العسل.

If we prefer to serve it cold, we cover it well and refrigerate it.

أما إذا أردنا تقديمها باردة، نغلفها جيداً ونضعها في الثلاجة.

After removing it from the fridge, we flatten it and soften it with some milk.

بعد إخراجها من الثلاجة، نفرّدها ولينها ببعض الحليب.

Stuff the made katayfas with three ingredients to taste (pistachios, cream and honey).
