Baklava
Ingredients

- 3Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

Take three sheets of filo dough and spread melted margarine between each sheet

Disassemble the kunafa and mix it with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons of ghee, then put it in the oven until it is toasted.

In another bowl, mix your favorite nuts with a teaspoon of honey and a packet of vanilla until the flavors are combined.

Place a layer of the toasted kunafa mixture on top of the gelash, followed by a layer of nuts.

We roll the gelash sheet tightly until it takes the shape of a roll

We stack the rolls in a lightly greased tray and then cut them as shown in the video

Brush again with ghee.

Place the tray in an oven heated to 200 degrees Celsius and leave it until it takes on a delicious golden color.

Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by combining 2 cups sugar, 2 cups water, 1 tbsp orange blossom water, 2 sachets vanillin powder, and half a lemon in a pot. Let the mixture boil until thickened

After removing the sherbet from the heat, add a tablespoon of ghee, stir well, and allow it to cool

After removing the baklava from the oven, pour the cold sherbet on top, and garnish with nuts if desired.
