Combine the ground meat with salt, black pepper, white pepper, and red pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined

On a sheet of parchment paper, spread the meat mixture into a rectangular shape, ensuring an even thickness

Sprinkle the pistachios and grated cheese evenly over the meat, leaving some space around the edges to facilitate rolling.

Using the parchment paper, carefully roll the meat into a loaf, ensuring the filling is enclosed and the edges are sealed properly

Brush the surface of the roll with vegetable oil to prevent sticking and get a beautiful golden color. Then wrap it in parchment paper as shown in the video
