- 0.5CupPumpkin seeds
- 0.5CupSunflower seeds

- 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Shea seeds
- 0.5CupOlive oil
- 0.5CupPeanut butter
- 0.5CupHoney
- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla

In a wooden bowl, combine oats, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.

Chop the nuts into medium pieces and add to the bowl.

Add chia seeds and sprinkle the salt over the dry ingredients.

Stir all the dry ingredients together with a spoon.

In a pot over low heat, add peanut butter, olive oil, and honey.

Add vanilla and cook, stirring, until the mixture is warmed and well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mix in the bowl.

Mix thoroughly so oats and nuts are evenly coated with honey and peanut butter.

Spread the mixture evenly on two parchment‑lined baking sheets.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for 20 minutes, rotating the sheets halfway for even toasting.

Add dried fruit and chocolate chips after baking and gently toss.
