Steps

    We place two tablespoons of ghee in a suitable skillet and heat it well over medium heat.

    We add the minced meat to the hot ghee without stirring and leave it for 5 minutes to sear and develop some color

    After 5 minutes, we flip the meat to the other side and leave it for another 5 minutes for the same purpose.

    We stir the meat thoroughly until it separates and browns evenly.

    We add the finely chopped onions to the meat and mix everything together

    We add the salt, sugar, black pepper, and cardamom

    Continue stirring and sautéing until the onions soften and the mixture is fully cooked and well combined.
