    Place the eggs in a glass bowl.

    Add yogurt and hot milk, then mix.

    Sift the flour into the mixture.

    Sift in cocoa, add baking powder and a pinch of salt.

    Grease and flour a cake pan.

    Pour batter into the pan and tap gently to release air bubbles.

    Place the pan inside a pot with a quarter-full of boiling water on low heat.
