Cut the chicken breast into small cubes or thin strips.

Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper, and white vinegar to the chicken

Mix the ingredients well, then add nutmeg, white pepper, and ground cardamom and stir to combine.

Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes

Heat a little olive oil in a pan, then add the chicken and sauté until it dries and turns golden.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices as shown in the video

Fry the thin-cut potatoes or cook them in the air fryer until crispy.

Cut the bread into small cubes and then fry it in an air fryer until golden in color.

Cut the lettuce and parsley into small pieces as shown in the video

Cut the onion into slices, then add sumac to it and mix well

In a large bowl, add chopped lettuce, parsley, and red onion mixed with a sprinkle of sumac.

Add the cooked chicken on top of the vegetables.

To prepare the sauce: in a bowl, mix the yogurt, tahini, crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth

Pour the sauce over the salad and toss gently

Add the toasted bread and crispy potatoes on top

Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds for garnish.
