We sauté the steak in a little vegetable oil and a tablespoon of butter until cooked, then set it aside. In the same pan, we sauté a quarter of the minced garlic with coriander.

Next, add the potatoes with a pinch of salt and sauté until they soften. Then, add the mushrooms and stir until the potatoes and mushrooms are cooked through.

Then, add the meat along with the remaining garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and seven spices.

Mix everything well, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
