Ingredients

  • 2CupAlmonds
  • 1CupMilk
  • 3CupSugar
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Blossom water
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Almond extract

Steps

    Rinse the almonds.

    Measure two cups of the boiled almonds and put them in a pot.

    Add 1 liter (4 cups) of milk to the almonds.

    Add three cups of sugar.

    Stir the ingredients on low heat until they boil.

    Reduce the heat and cook for one hour, stirring every 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and let it cool.

    Blend the mixture for 2–5 minutes until smooth.

    Add 1 tbsp rose water and 1 tsp almond extract.

    Stir all the ingredients together.

    Refrigerate it overnight.
