  • 4CupOlive oil
  • 2Grams (g) Hot chilli
  • 5ClovesMinced garlic
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1CupSugar
  • 7Psc.eggs
  • 1To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1CupMinced parsley

Steps

    We heat the oil in a pan over high heat and add the chili peppers and garlic.

    Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and salt, cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.

    We uncover the pan, mash the tomatoes, and add a pinch of sugar

    We add the eggs, sprinkle with black pepper and salt, and cover the pan.

    We leave it for 5 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to our desired level.

    We sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional) and serve hot with Arabic bread. Enjoy!
