- 0.5Teaspoons (tsp)Dried Thymus
- 0.5Tablespoons (tbsp)Dried parsley

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels to remove any excess moisture.

Coat the salmon with olive oil, then season each piece with salt and black pepper, ensuring it’s well covered on all sides.

Place the salmon fillets in one basket of the air fryer.

Trim the ends of the green beans, wash them thoroughly, and dry them completely.

Toss the green beans with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then place them in the second basket of the air fryer.

Cook the green beans in the air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 10 minutes.

Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 15 minutes.

While the salmon and beans are cooking, prepare the mashed potatoes.

Prepare the dressing by mixing 4 tablespoons olive oil, juice of 1 small lemon, 4 crushed garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon paprika, a pinch of thyme, and chopped parsley.

Check the salmon and beans every 5 minutes during cooking to prevent overcooking.

When ready to serve, arrange the salmon, green beans, and mashed potatoes on a plate.
