    We arrange the peeled and sliced potatoes in a baking dish.

    We drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes.

    We pour the cooking cream over the potatoes and olive oil.

    We add the paprika, dried thyme, oregano, salt, and black pepper over the ingredients.

    We add the minced garlic.

    We mix everything well by hand to ensure the potatoes are evenly coated with the cream and seasonings.

    We sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the potato layer.

    We bake the gratin in a preheated oven at 210°C for 40–45 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the edges are golden.

    After about half the baking time (20 minutes), we add the mixture of panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan on top for a crispy, golden crust.
