Steps

    We place the basil, toasted pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, and parmesan in a blender and blend until smooth pesto forms.

    We slice the brioche bread in half and place the bottom half on a baking tray.

    We spread the pesto on the bread, then add pepperoni slices and pizza sauce.

    We sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese, then cover with the top half of the bread.

    We brush the top with the garlic herb butter mixture.

    We bake at 190°C for 15 minutes until golden and the cheese melts.
