Ingredients

  • 2Grams (g) Butter
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 2CupFlour
  • 5Psc.Beef Stock
  • 1CupEmmental Cheese
  • 1SlicesToast

    Slice the onions into thin slices

    Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.

    Add the sliced onions to the melted butter.

    Sprinkle salt over the onions.

    Stir and cook the onions until they caramelize and turn golden brown.

    Add the flour to the caramelized onions and mix well.

    Gradually pour in the beef broth while stirring constantly

    Pour the soup into heatproof bowls.
