We cut the white cabbage into slices.

We place the white cabbage slices in a bowl.

We cut the red cabbage into slices.

We add the red cabbage slices to the bowl.

Add three tablespoons of coarse salt

We mix everything very well to release the water from the cabbage.

We transfer the cabbage mixture into the glass jar.

We press the cabbage down firmly inside the jar.
