- 2Grams (g) Hot chilli

We put the date vinegar, white vinegar, water, amba powder, and salt in a pot.

We whisk the ingredients while cold, then place the pot over medium heat and keep stirring until it starts to boil.

We add the cut mango to the pot and mix it with the blend.

We leave the mango on the heat for 5 to 10 minutes, removing the white layer that appears on the surface.

We add the hot peppers and the oil to the mixture and stir well.

After the mixture cools and thickens, we place the mango amba in sterilized jars and store it in the fridge until ready to use.
