- 2Psc.Dried green onions

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Ghee
Steps

Chop the vegetables: onion, green onion, tomatoes, bell pepper, carrots, and celery.

Dry them in the oven or air fryer at 80–100°C.

Grind all dried vegetables in a grinder.

Add salt and grind again until well blended.

Add 1 spoon of ghee and mix thoroughly to form a paste.

Press the mixture into square or rectangular molds.

Refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm up.
