Mini Pancakes
Ingredients

- 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
- 2CupSugar
- 1CupFlour
- 1PinchSalt
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 0.75CupMilk
- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil
- 1Grams (g) Butter
- 1CupHershey’s Chocolate Chips

Place the egg and sugar in a glass bowl.

Add the vanilla to the egg and sugar.

Whisk the egg, sugar, and vanilla well using an electric mixer until smooth.

Add the milk to the mixture and whisk again.

Add the vegetable oil or melted butter to the mixture and continue whisking until fully combined.

Sift the flour with the baking powder and salt over the liquid mixture.

Whisk all the ingredients together until you get a smooth and consistent batter.

Pour the pancake batter into a squeeze bottle for easier pouring (optional).

Pour the batter into small circles in a hot pan with a small piece of butter.

Flip the pancakes after they are golden on one side and cook until the other side is golden.

To serve with chocolate, mix chocolate chips with a little milk and heat gently on low heat until melted.

You can add sliced strawberries or bananas on top of the pancakes before serving.
