Mini Chicken Shawarma

- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

- 1Grams (g) Chicken shawarma
- 2CupOlive oil
- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Garlic sauce
- 1SlicesLettuce
- 3Teaspoons (tsp)Chopped pickled cucumber

To prepare the bread dough: We place 1 cup of white flour, 1 tablespoon of yeast, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 3 tablespoons of powdered milk, 5 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 cup of water into the mixer and knead well.

We let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, we add 2 more cups of flour and ¼ cup of vegetable oil, and knead again until we get a soft dough.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll out into small breads

Place them on a greased baking tray, and bake at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes until slightly golden and cooked through.

To prepare the chicken shawarma: We heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated chicken for 10 minutes until fully cooked and golden.

To assemble the shawarma: We open the mini bread, spread ready-made garlic sauce inside, add crushed pickled cucumbers, then place the chicken shawarma, and top with shredded lettuce.
