  • 1CupMilk
  • 4Psc.eggs

  • 1Grams (g) Butter
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Vanilla
  • 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1PinchSalt

Steps

    Place the soft butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until the mixture is creamy and pale.

    Add the eggs one at a time while beating, then add the vanilla.

    Add half of the milk and mix well.

    In another bowl, mix the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt.

    Add half of the flour mixture and mix until just combined.

    Add the remaining milk and flour, mixing until smooth.

    Take half of the batter and mix it with cocoa powder in a separate bowl.

    Line the baking pan with parchment paper, then pour a layer of vanilla batter followed by a chocolate layer.

    Repeat the layers, then swirl a knife through the batter to create a marble pattern.
