- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
- 4Grams (g) Butter
- 0.5Cupwater
- 2CupRoasted peanut
- 1CupMelted Chocolate

Place eggs, vanilla, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until light and creamy.

Add oil and milk with lemon/vinegar, then whisk again.

Sift cocoa, coffee, flour, and baking powder into the mixture and blend until smooth.

Pour into a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.

For caramel sauce: melt sugar until caramelized, then add water and stir.
