  • 2.75CupMilk
  • 1Psc.Lemon juice
  • 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Unsweetened cocoa
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Nescafè
  • 1.5CupFlour
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
  • 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Starch
  • 4Grams (g) Butter
  • 0.5Cupwater
  • 2CupRoasted peanut
  • 1CupMelted Chocolate

Steps

    Place eggs, vanilla, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until light and creamy.

    Add oil and milk with lemon/vinegar, then whisk again.

    Sift cocoa, coffee, flour, and baking powder into the mixture and blend until smooth.

    Pour into a lined baking tray and bake at 180°C for 25–30 minutes.

    For caramel sauce: melt sugar until caramelized, then add water and stir.

    Add butter and the milk–cornstarch mixture, stirring until slightly thickened.

    Add peanuts and let the sauce cool completely.

    Once the cake cools, cover with caramel-peanut sauce.

    Drizzle with melted chocolate and serve.
