Ingredients

- 0.25Tablespoons (tbsp)Vegetable oil

- 3Tablespoons (tbsp)Cocoa
- 0.25Teaspoons (tsp)Baking soda
- 2Tablespoons (tbsp)Baking powder
- 1CupMilk
- 1CupWhipping cream powder

We whisk 2 eggs with half a teaspoon of vanilla and half a cup of sugar well until the mixture becomes fluffy and creamy

We add a quarter cup of vegetable oil and a quarter cup of liquid milk to the mixture and continue whisking until everything is well combined.

In another bowl, we sift 1.5 cups of flour with 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and a quarter teaspoon of baking soda.

We gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while stirring continuously until we get a smooth batter

We grease a baking pan with a little oil, then pour the cake batter into it.

We bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes, testing the cake’s doneness with a wooden skewer.

After removing the cake from the oven and letting it cool slightly, we soak it with 3/4 cup of liquid milk.

We prepare the topping by whipping powdered whipping cream according to the instructions, then spread it on top of the cake and decorate using a fork as shown in the video.

We place the cake in the refrigerator until it cools completely, and before serving, we sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.
