  • 300Grams (g) Ground meat
  • 1Psc.Chopped Onion
  • 0.5PinchSeven spices
  • 1PinchSalt
  • 1CupRoasted pine nuts
  • 2Psc.Minced garlic cloves
  • 3Psc.Tomato
  • 1Tablespoons (tbsp)Tomato paste
  • 0.25To TasteBlack pepper
  • 1Teaspoons (tsp)Dried mint

Steps

    Remove zucchini ends. Make a slit halfway through each zucchini without cutting fully. Deep fry until golden and drain on paper towels.

    For the filling: Sauté onion in oil until soft. Add ground beef, spices, and salt. Cook until the beef is done. Add pine nuts if desired.

    For the tomato sauce: Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic briefly, add blended tomato mixture, tomato paste, spices, salt, and dried mint. Stir and simmer until thickened.

    Stuff the zucchinis with the beef filling. Arrange in a baking tray and pour the tomato sauce over them.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve with vermicelli rice. Enjoy!
